Knox has pledged to donate $1,000 for every touchdown and $100 for every catch made throughout the NFL regular season, with funds going toward custom non-slip socks for local pediatric cancer patients as well as other cornerstone P.U.N.T. initiatives.
Fans are also encouraged to join the cause by purchasing exclusive “Knox Sox” through sock partner, For Bare Feet, with 20% of the proceeds going toward P.U.N.T. Pediatric Cancer Collaborative.

Dawson Knox is a tight end entering his third NFL season for the Buffalo Bills. After walking on at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2015, Knox was selected in the third round with the 96th overall pick by the Buffalo Bills in the 2019 NFL Draft. Off the field, Knox has been a strong supporter of the P.U.N.T. Pediatric Cancer Collaborative, building a number of personal relationships with patients as well as teaming up with the nonprofit on an exclusive Bills Fan Box during the 2020 season.
